Co-founders with skin in the game
We join your project with equity because we care as much as you do. We lead the technical and strategic side, invest capital and open our investor network. Only 2 projects per year so each one gets our full attention.
From idea to first paying customers
We don't stop at the product. We design the go-to-market strategy, activate acquisition channels and take you to your first real revenue. Because a product without customers is a hobby, not a business.
Preparing you to grow

What criteria do you use to select projects?
We look for founders obsessed with the problem, large markets with clear inefficiencies, and business models that can scale digitally. The sector doesn't matter — the potential and the people do.
What equity percentage do you ask for?
It depends on what we contribute and at what stage we join. Typically between 15% and 30%. We negotiate case by case to make it fair for both sides. The key is aligning incentives.
How many projects do you take per year?
Maximum 2 with equity, so each one gets our full attention. We can run 3-4 venture builder projects at a fixed price simultaneously. We prefer doing less well over doing more badly.
